Ameira, has maintained a 3.78 GPA while taking dual enrollment courses at Coppin State University as well as participating on numerous sports teams and extracurricular programs such cheerleading and volleyball. As the Valedictorian in her class Ameira, has managed to shine academically making the Honor and Principals Rolls consistently. Ameira, is one of the few Coppin Academy students who participate in the dual enrollment program in partnership with Coppin State University and will graduate from Coppin Academy High School with 12 credits towards her general education requirements.
Ameira intends on majoring in Biomedical Engineering and has taken a serious interest in extending her knowledge and experience through internships and other college preparatory programs within the school. She has already received acceptances from Coppin State University, Bowie State University, and Morgan State University to-date. I am sure that Ameira academic prowess will garner her many more acceptances to come for the wide range of schools she has applied to.
