Cortney DuBois will be the first in her family to graduate from high school and attend college. She works tirelessly to achieve in the classroom and volunteers her time outside of school to give back to her community. Cortney is recognized as a leader that models reliability, good work ethic and is respected amongst her peers. Cortney aspires to major in elementary education and become a teacher. She spends many hours a week after school tutoring first graders at The Hampden Family Center. She has been accepted to Towson University and McDaniel College. In addition she has been awarded an $84,000 scholarship to McDaniel.
