Quincy is originally from Cincinnati, Ohio. In the Fall of 1992, he became a member of Kappa Alpha Psi, Fraternity Inc. and graduated from Kentucky State University with a B.A. in Business Administration in 1995. Quincy began his career as a financial advisor, but was soon called to the social services field. He moved to the DC Metro area in 2001, where he worked for many years in the foster care arena as a Case Manager and Crisis Intervention Specialist. In 2007, he worked as a college access advisor in DC Public High Schools. In his most recent role, Quincy worked with highs schools in Cincinnati, Detroit, and Prince Georges County, MD, coaching and training students to be peer leaders that will help create and enhance the college and career going cultures in their respective high schools. Quincy holds a M.S.A (2009) from Trinity University and a M.S. Ed. (2015) in Higher Education Leadership for Student Success from Walden University. Quincy is proud husband and father to 3 wonderful children.
