Helen Tracey

College Access Program Specialist

Helen is a native New Yorker currently residing in Baltimore, Maryland. Helen has a Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology from Towson University and a Master’s of Education in School Counseling from Loyola University Maryland. Helen has a strong desire to assist students in reaching their academic potential and has worked in a number of roles supporting Baltimore City Youth. She became aware of CollegeBound Foundation in 2014 while serving as AmeriCorps VISTA at Towson University, where she successfully researched, designed and implemented Towson’s College Readiness Outreach Program. The program also known as C.R.O.P., pairs TU students with 9th grade students from Baltimore City schools to provide college readiness support. Helen joined the CollegeBound team in July 2018. She looks forward to furthering the CollegeBound mission by educating and inspiring youth to achieve a higher education. Helen is also working on becoming a licensed clinical professional counselor.
